Service Quality Targets
Ngee Ann-Adelaide Education Centre continually strives to improve our services to meet our students’ needs and to meet the regulatory requirements.
Some of our service standards are:
Acknowledgement of emails
First acknowledgement of receipt of email within 24 hours on working days.
All formal (written) complaints to be resolved no longer than 21 working days from the date the complaint is lodged.
Refund for Withdrawal
Refund for withdrawal shall be processed within the next seven (7) working days from the date student files a refund request with all complete documents required to process the refund.
